Vojnik Mountain is located in the northwestern part of the Niksic municipality, part of the dominant mountain wreath Golija-Vojnik-Maganik-Zijovo, which divides the geographical area of Montenegro into two geographically and climatically different areas. Vojnik mountain is the largest source of oxygen for the Niksic municipality. On the first of May, a large number of mountaineers and nature lovers visit the highest peak of 1998 AMSL.
