Lukavica is a plateau in north-east part of Niksic municipality. High mountains, fields, lakes, 365 springs, huge diversity of flora and fauna and incredible landscape made this locality one of the most important plant habitats in Europe. National TT4 cycling trail, local cycling trails, national and local hiking trails, rural households with organic food, natural beauty and polite hosts are all great motives for visiting this area not only for domestic, but also for foreign tourists. Above the plateau of Lukavica there are Small and Big Zurim that are around one kilometer apart and make a peculiar gate between the first valley, rocky and harsh and the second one, completely different, green and gentle. Zurim’s peaks are so dominant and powerful that they look like guards of heaven or hell, depending on your direction. Small and Big Zurim and the valley between them make up a unique natural entity, one of the most beautiful sights in Montenegro.
